We just upgraded our domino server OS to windows 2008 R2 and installed Office 2007 Prof 32 bit (there is no 64 bit for office 2007) on it. Now our web agents which calls word objects are getting automation object error on line
Set word = CreateObject("Word.Application")

but if we use
Set word = CreateObject("Word.Application.12")then everything works. This means i need to go back in all my db's and change it to 12? Has anyone experience this and have a solution?
